If you are a person for some adventure and if you don't mind waking up early and trekking, this place is for you.
there is no proper access to this beach, however, there's two cafe's here, apart from trekking your way to it, you can take a boat if you aren't looking forward for a trek but trust me the views of the trek from om beach to Half moon are really awesome, check the pictures which I'll add for the place.
There's a trail which you can follow, however you'll have to make small diversions from the trail as this trail doesn't have much frequency there will be some bushes which will be obstructing the way or if you aren't willing to climb over some boulders, which are manageable if you traverse them with care. this is the longest trail of all the distances you'll have to cover if you wish to make it to the port from Om beach by foot.

Read moreYou should make it a point to go to this café, once you land on the Half Moon Beach at Gokarna. There is a small inlet right outside the café where the sea gurgles in, and creates an exotic photo op for the enthusiast. It is the first shack you encounter when coming up from the beach, has decent toilet facilities, which makes it a great changing station too. In case you want complete seclusion, you can rent one of the rooms by the café, which have very basic facilities, but beautiful views...
