D'Mystique — Restaurant in Sibsagar

I visited this place after 9 long years and it was probably one of the most pathetic experiences I ever had at any restaurants.

The ambience was very suffocating as the place was not at all properly ventilated, where even the ACs were not working.

The serving time was very slow. It took for them more than 1:15 hrs to serve the food after ordering even though it was not the peak hour of the day (around 5:15 pm).

Butter Naans were made in refined vegetable oil instead of Butter, which was another wierd thing, I had experienced in that place.

Even the wash rooms were very unhygenic, where jugs of water were placed at different places for the customers, just like any other roadside eateries.

The place used to be good in the starting years, but now it has been a total no-no, and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit it.

A decent place is the centre of Sivasagar district. Known for its North Indian & Chinese it is very popular among the youngsters & college goers. Hangout place for teenagers for lunch & evening snacks. The staffs are just ok. Need to improve a little on the body language & attitude towards customers. A little knowledge is helpful to deal with customers. Food is ok, while few of the items are somewhat decent. Quality of the good need to be improve a little as per customer's preferences. Need to take order properly in a writing/guide customers properly. Prices are reasonable while quality needs to be improved. Parking here is a problem. You need to park in Central Market or Boarding Field Parking area. It's difficult to find on the road as the entrance is very narrow & black door nearby...

The food was very much good...and the taste was delicious..but what I didn't liked was the waiter...the hospitality was overall very fine...but during the time of payment I didn't like the behaviour... actually it was my birthday and I was giving a party to my friends but what happened at the time of payment the bill was about rupees 1940 I gave them a sum of 2000 rupees but the waiter as of himself took the change that is 60 rupees as a tip...means is it a way of taking a tip... obviously not..tip is given upon being fond of everything the waiter shows ...but I didn't liked this and for such bday parties I would never recommend my friend next time and i myself would not go there anymore...for...
