One major concern is the limited food options. The menu feels outdated — almost like a relic from 20 years ago, with very little innovation or refresh to match modern tastes. What’s more disappointing is the consistent unavailability of items. Over the past three months, I’ve visited several times and asked for Tandoori Momos, a dish clearly listed on the menu. Every single time, the answer has been a flat “no” — not from the chef, not due to a special circumstance, but simply from the waiter. It leaves you wondering why it’s even on the menu at all.

Service is another letdown. It lacks warmth, attentiveness, and that extra bit of professionalism you expect today. When a customer repeatedly asks for something listed, at the very least, an explanation or proactive alternative would be appreciated. Instead, there seems to be a pattern of brushing it off.

The most horrible and wastage of money to stay in this hotel.Really guys I suggest that it is better to have an another option.When I reached there no staff was available except the security,after a long time a receptionist was available and he was such a lazy duffer he took around half an hour to make the entry.In the very early morning some disturbing sounds will completely spoil your day.U will not believe a single omelette will cost you around rs150 as if it is a star ranking hotel.i took an executive room to stay and they told me that it was rs2500 including taxes but when I checked out they gave me a bill of rs 3874,when I asked them they told that it's include service charge and service taxes.I was not in the mood to spoil my day just paid it and walk on after that when I asked the security to take my luggage to the car he refused by saying that so much luggage u r having,afer making an angry face he carried my luggage and it was only three suitcase.Guys just wanna to say please don't try to spoil ur mood by staying there it's not...
