KFC — Restaurant in Sibsagar

This is one of the most horrible KFC outlet in the entire world. I ordered chicken popcorn large with mouse cake. Then my pregnant sister had a change of mind and wanted to have the mud pie. This change of plan was immediate as we were standing in que and even before payment proceeding. The manager Miss. Tumbi Gogoi denied my change of item request saying once entered in system it can't be altered and when I told her that the payment hasn't been made neither bill have been generated so she can obviously make the changes, she said that then we would have to wait for 1-1.5 hours and also that she cannot accept card, payment needs to be made by cash. She thought we are fools standing there. I dint utter a word. Made payment and took the items. Literally I had the worst experience visiting kfc sivsagar today. I was having short of time and I thought of going to kfc to have something. I ordered only boneless strip(6pcs) and a medium-sized pepsi at about 6:18 pm. They told that it would take about somewhat more than 10 mins. I waited more than half an hour and there was no any food for me I went there and asked is my food ready at that very time they were discussing is there any boneless strip. Means what kind of service is this they started preparing after I asked them. The food quantity is very less in the buckets as opposed to what is shown in the pictures. Even the French fries paper packets are tiny, holding very little quantity. This is not the case on the KFC outlets in other cities in India. The people of Sibsagar and Assamese people as a whole are very timid and peace loving and do not complain.
