Cinnamon terrace @ The Marriott in Siliguri is definitely worth checking out once at least. The view from the 14th floor is especially great at night when you can see the lights of the city and even the hills on a clear night. There is AC seating inside also if required. Items are high priced as would be expected from such a well located place. There appears to be too many servers who seem to be more worried about positive reviews that mention their names rather than giving the guests their own space. One thing they didn't teach them in their hospitality training is when to step back and stop being over attentive.
