I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment today. I ordered a variety of dishes, including mutton biryani, Nool Parotta, chicken pepper gravy, mushroom gravy, paneer tikka, and egg dosa.

The primary issue arose when I ordered Nool Parotta and was served regular Parotta instead. Despite my attempts to address the matter with the waiter, he insisted it was Nool Parotta. I am well-versed in the nuances of parotta textures.

To my dismay, the waiter later returned with the same regular Parotta, having merely cut it with a knife. This suggests a lack of commitment to quality and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the waiter claimed that the master chef lacked the skills to make Nool Parotta, leaving me questioning your hiring standards.

I paid a considerable amount for the food, expecting a certain level of expertise and authenticity. It is disheartening to feel misled and to witness such a lack of culinary proficiency. As a suggestion, I recommend investing in proper training for your staff to ensure they meet the expectations of your customers.

In light of this experience, I have decided never to visit your restaurant again and will not be recommending it to others.

food quality is good as usual like other braches ,fish finger ulimate, crab lolipop crispy and tasty, butter nan nice one and soft,prwan peper masala toomuch spicy not recommanded for kids , chiken briayni juciy and tasty , mutton briyanai some meat not cooked well rice okay ,chiken noodles top notch , tandoori not bad , myonese they gives very less, staffs need to be trained well how to behave and treat the customers, the staffs are not displined in the show of character , each seating area there must be a staff to coordinate for customers food orders, the cleaning people are rush to clean the table even when you are waiting to finish your food , there is lot desert and drinks missing as per menu ,atmosphere need to improve ,parking space is difficult if 4 or 5 vehicle enter in the category of SUV , hand wash and washroom area need to be stickers to identify the way if you're new customer it's difficult. Dined here with a group of friends and found it to be one of the finest restaurants in town. The welcome was warm, the ambience tastefully set, and the overall atmosphere pleasantly relaxed, aided, perhaps, by the quieter hour at which we visited.

The chicken and prawn starters were superb, executed with precision and full of flavour. They truly set the tone for the meal.

A few refinements, however, would elevate the experience further. The wait times were noticeably long and could certainly be streamlined, while the table arrangements felt rather cramped for a group setting. More generous spacing or larger tables would add considerably to the comfort.
