Aasife Biriyani - Tenkasi — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Heard many times this name through YouTube. Finally saw in tenkasi and thought of visiting. We live in Bangalore and came to native. Bill we paid : 1388. Food taste : we ordered 1mutton Biryani and 2egg biryanis. Taste was average.(worth for 100rs) Definitely not worth for the price which is der in d menu card. But it's mild so it doesn't affect stomach. That's a good part. Starters : asife special chicken 65. In the menu it's not written weather it's boneless or withbone. But price mentioned was 190. With our previous experience in any restaurant who mention the price above 150, for sure it will be boneless. Here they gave 7 PCs. Each piece 60% bone and 40% flesh. From my heart tatse was basic chicken kebab. No need to claim it's your special. Totally disappointed. Cashier or manager said boneless is extra 10 or 15rs. But if u don't mention it in menu card how a customer will know? Chilly Chicken was good. But they din't tell us it's Chinese style. But taste was good. Drink : asife special mojito. Mint paste mixed in lemon juice with sugar and soda. Simply anyone can make at their home. It's not any secret receipe like mint drink which Hanifa serves in Tirupur or vilakuthoon jigarthanda from madurai. Sorry to mention other brand here. But as a customer I remember their special drink which I had few yrs before. But don't know for what reason this mojito u r saying as it's Ur special drink. Infact I have made few times same drink with same taste at my home. Overall when we came out, we felt the bill was much higher as per tenkasi standard. When ever we come from Bangalore, we visit border hotel and koorai kadai. Bill will be not more than 600 but they give finger licking food. In asife honestly as a food lover I dint get tht feel. Not only me, my family too. It's not Chennai. Pls reconsider your prices especially for starters. (Either reduce price or increase quantity or quality) we came home and discussed about the food, we decided not to visit this place again. I am sure you r a big brand and u have regular customers. Worst food experience ever. You have to wait hours and hours for a single biriyani to be served. The orders which you have placed will be served to next tables or will be given out as take away parcel. And the waiters will ask you to replace the orders without any hesitation.

All the waiters and Owner have Mean attitude towards customer, there is no customer hospitality.

The quantity is very very low when comparing with the price. Only three pieces in Prawn biriyani. Moreover they are serving the biriyani that was done for lunch, they are simply serving it for dinner by reheating it.

If you want good food, please choose some other small restaurants, they serve good and fresh food.
