ABI Sweets & Pastries — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This review is for the shop in perumbakkam(Nookampalayam road)Worst service. You have 3 employees and all 3 are useless. They talk unnecessary topics when customers are around. 1 lady who is a little stout and 1 lady a little dark and short don't know how to speak to customers. They simply crawl back and forth and keep the customers wait for 30 min!!! To buy a egg puff in an empty shop who would wait for 30 min??? Slow walking slow packing slow billing. Even turtles would move faster than them. Only reason people coming to this shop is because of the taste of bakery items. But if you guys continue to employ these 2 in your bakery you will very very soon end up closing the shutter. ..fire them as soon as possible and employ people who make your business grow. These 2 ladies are enough for you guys to see multiple reviews like mine..by the way this is the 6th or 7th time I'm seeing these ladies behave like this in the last...

I had great experience with Abi Sweets & Pastries, ordered chocolate choco chips cake with my kids demanding dinosaur 🦖 theme, I just picked a pic from Google and share with team, the made exactly as it is in the picture. I have customised this to eggless cake and they made it superb. Nice finishing very detailed work on cake. To talk about the taste and freshness was just amazing very fresh layers of cake with freshly whisked cake it just melts in mouth. Along with cake I have ordered some donuts and cupcakes they too tasted good.I also emphasis on their service of on time delivery was awesome. Overall am very happy with their geniune service and food...

It's a small shop situated on the back of Jayachandran Shop in Medavakkam. It's a 10mins distant shop from Jayachandran Shop. When we went the Google map showed a place near the Jayachandran Shop and when we enquired about it to a resident walking, he guided us to walk more than 5 mins. The items in the shop are tasty but not eggless ( checkout and buy the items if you are not an egg eater. The cost is moderate compared to other competitors. There are some more branches located in Medavakkam main road and Perumbakkam. It will be better to change the location in Google maps for people like us. If you like pastries and sweets, this is a go to place...
