Hotel Lotels Serviced Apartment — Hotel in Zone 14 Perungudi

The hotel (service apartment) is off the OMR-Tambaram state highway. The rooms were good, wtih a balcony. It is a residential locality and hence very quite. The highway is about half a km, from the hotel. Parking is on the road. If you don't like the food in the restaurant, there are good hotels on the highway - about 2 kms from the hotel -Hot chips, Sangeetha. ||Housekeeping service is poor. We had asked for an extra bed, which we informed in the morning. When we came back by 9pm, there was bed outside the room, but no pillows or bed sheets. When we called them, they took more than half an hour to give us the pillows and bed sheets - reason, their housekeeping is gone on an errand. Also, it looks like they don't have housekeeping service after 7pm.||The breakfast (which is part of the room package) did not...

Couple friendly hotel !

Not sure about the previous status of this hotel. But this place is now mainly running because of and for unmarried couples.

As the property is under OYO, unmarried couples allowed here. (DO NOT FORGET TO CARRY ID + ADDRESS PROOF FOR BOTH OCCUPANTS). The reception staff will not ask you too many questions, but you have to submit the ID and address proof. It is fine to submit a Chennai address proof.

They do not allow more than two members in a room. If you are planning for a group, book more rooms and occupy a single room as per your convenience.

Rooms and bath rooms are neat. Rain shower is their speciality. Rooms have televisions. Rooms feel pleasant for couples.

It has a sufficient parking for two wheelers. Four wheelers can also be parked around the hotel, as the street is...

The worst ever accomodation I ever stayed so far. I booked 3 rooms for all my family guests stay. The rooms are so bad odours, very outdated appliances. In fact most of the air conditioners are few decades old which does not ha e remote amd flaps, we have been told to use the direct circuit breakers to turn off & on. The single lone lift for the entire building can accomodate just 3 people. It worked for few hours and the lift was broken since for remaining 2 days. The rooms are very unclean, the toilet seats were so dirty, unable to use it all. As far I raised this concern to the reception, they responded that a new team has taken over the building for the past one year, but they seem promoting this accomodation in online platforms with IT wing style top notch reviews. In reality it is the worst place....
