We went around 12:30 pm on Sunday. The ground floor was full. We went upstairs. The ambience was pretty good and clean. We ordered Hot and sour chicken soup, fish finger, chicken drumsticks, plain biryani, parotta and a mini falooda. Soup was too good. Highly recommended. Fish finger was very tasty. Chicken drumsticks was good but there was no dips offered for it. Biryani was aromatic and tasted good. No chalna was served with parotta. The waiters could've mentioned it while ordering. After receiving the food we questioned about it, the waiter asked us to eat by having dhalcha provided for biryani as a side. They didn't arrange any alternative. Firstly, the food was terrible. Every dish we ordered was bland and lacked any distinct flavor. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the overall quality was far below expectations.The service was just as bad. The staff were inattentive and slow, making our dining experience frustrating. Our requests for basic items were either ignored or took a long time to be addressed.The ambiance of the restaurant didn't compensate for the poor food and service. Used to get Chicken/egg fried rice, chicken 65, butter chicken masala or Chilli chicken. Or chicken biryani. The taste , quantity and quality is good. Altho sometimes the oil content becomes a concern. The fried rice is simple and quite tasty. Now for dine-in experience. It's a average ambience place, but the waiters lack enthusiasm. I do feel like robots are walking around and taking order. The reception guy and the table cleaning guys seems to be more cheerful and helpful.
