I am from Kerala, and I Have to say this is one of the best malls I have visited, I am not comparing it to Lulu mall, but the aesthetics and functionality of the mall is unparallel, the zoning is done very properly and easily ( because designed by architects ). There are plenty of shops and outlets for purchase actually you would be tired of seeing the never ending store's 😂 It even has Swedish brands such as H&M inside. The aesthetics have been carefully designed with great and spacious lobbys, proper connectivity and simple yet beautiful hanging lights. The parking is an another positive, proper and we'll planned, well connected to the parking using proper channels. Although I would suggest that the lighting and visibility of the parking could be improved. It has a OnePlus store and service centre, Apple authorised reseller croma and many electronic stores. Proper social distancing and awareness has been followed. All the workers and people are continuously wearing mask etc. Even the exteriors have been carefully designed with proper waiting areas landscaping and recreational spaces. A go karting arena has been created for further activities. The parking fares are also very cheap. Prozone Mall-Coimbatore is one of the largest horizontally designed shopping malls in India, covering over 500,000 sq ft (46,000 m2). It was opened on 19 July 2017 at Sivanandapuram, Saravanampatti Road, Coimbatore. It has some attracting places like Inox fun unlimited, etc. Outlets from major clothing and apparel brands. 09 screens INOX A food court A CRA SPEEDWAY Go-kart track on the roof. The mall is located near Saravanampatti, one of Coimbatore's faster-growing neighborhoods due to an influx of IT companies. It covers 12 acres (4.9 ha) of land on Sathy Road. The mall's large tenants include H&M and...

You hear things, of course, but nothing prepares you for the reality of what I experienced. I've always thought of a mall as a place of escape, a clean and comfortable environment. What I found was a shocking, unhygienic mess that completely soured the entire trip. We went to the food court, and I was appalled. The tables were sticky, with crumbs and spills from what looked like hours ago. It was clear that no one was cleaning up properly, let alone sanitizing surfaces. The floors were stained and littered with garbage, and you could feel a sense of neglect in the air. But the real shock, the truly unforgivable part, was the state of the washroom facilities. I'm honestly not even sure what to say. The sinks were grime-covered, the mirrors were foggy with filth, and the floors... I've seen cleaner train station platforms. The handwash dispensers were either empty or caked in a disgusting film. It was so bad, I genuinely felt that using the facilities would be a health risk. It's a level of neglect that's frankly inexcusable for a public space of that size and supposed repute. How can a major mall in a city like Coimbatore have such a low standard for basic hygiene? It's completely baffling. They have all the space in the world, a well-planned layout, but none of it matters when the fundamental duty of providing a clean and safe environment is so utterly disregarded. It's a black mark on the mall's reputation, and until they get their act together and start prioritizing cleanliness, I won't be setting foot in that place again. It's a...
Read moreProzone Mall in Coimbatore is truly one of the best shopping and entertainment destinations in the city. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-maintained the entire place is. Unlike other crowded malls, Prozone has a more open layout, making shopping a comfortable and relaxing experience.
The mall offers a great mix of national and international brands — from Lifestyle, Max, H&M, Pantaloons to Adidas and Puma, everything is under one roof. The Reliance Trends and Reliance Digital stores are also well-stocked and neatly arranged. Whether you’re looking for clothing, electronics, footwear, or cosmetics, this mall has it all.
The food court is a major highlight — it’s spacious with a wide variety of cuisines, from Indian to continental and even Asian. You’ll find popular outlets like KFC, McDonald’s, Domino’s, A2B, Ibaco, and more. I especially love the local snacks and dessert options available.
Another great feature is the PVR Cinemas — the movie experience is top-notch with comfortable seating, clean halls, and excellent sound quality. It’s a great place to catch the latest releases with friends or family.
The parking area is well-organized and hassle-free, and security across the mall is well-managed. Even during weekends or festivals, everything runs smoothly. There's also a play area for kids, which makes it a family-friendly destination.
Whether it's shopping, eating out, watching a movie, or just spending a leisurely evening, Prozone Mall is my go-to spot in Coimbatore. Highly recommended for locals and...
