Arasu Chettinad — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently visited Arasu Chettinad and had a mixed experience. While the overall ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant and the majority of the dishes we tried were flavorful, I was disappointed with a few aspects of the service.

The mutton kola, which was recommended as a special dish, did not live up to my expectations. The flavor was lacking and it didn't have the authentic taste I was hoping for. Additionally, I felt pressured by the staff to order this dish, which was quite uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the server insisted that I give a ₹50 tip for a one-time service, which felt very forced and unprofessional. This took away from what could have been a more enjoyable dining experience.

Despite these issues, other dishes like the Chettinad chicken curry and biryani were excellent, showcasing the rich flavors and traditional cooking that Arasu Chettinad is known for. A Major Dining Disappointment

From start to finish, my visit to Arasu chettinad was profoundly disappointing. Upon arrival, the entrance was littered with trash and dirt, creating a shocking first impression. Despite this, we ventured inside, lured by the promise of an unlimited buffet, which frustratingly turned out to be unavailable.

The interior of the restaurant initially seemed promising compared to the squalor outside, but this hope was short-lived. The menu prices were steep and did not reflect the quality of the food, which was not only tasteless but also served cold.

To make matters worse, the dining experience was further marred by unhygienic conditions—cockroaches appeared at our table while we were eating. This was the last straw, leading us to leave immediately.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor cleanliness, misleading advertisement of specials, and subpar food. It was an experience I hope to forget and one I advise...

I Ordered Mutton biryani, barbeque chicken saucey and chicken clear soup.

All the items were not hot first, mutton pieces from gravy served with plain biryani and said as mutton biryani that too very worst to eat.

They don't know the meaning for barbeque chicken, serving a dish like Manchurian and claiming as barbeque chicken saucey. 👎👎👎

That to chicken with very bad odour with old taste. Vomit🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
