Loiee Mithai Rasoi — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst atmosphere. Please don't even try if you are planning for a dine here. Poor and pathetic service is the first thing, second they don't have any idea or even courtesy to enquire if the order is available or how much time it will take to come from. I went to many restaurants and even waited for hours to get a seat but i haven't experienced any disobedience from the waiters like this and i have some sort of satisfaction from them. We went to have some chats but none of the chats were available by 7.45 PM. The guy said we have almost completed everything by evening. These guys are new to town and they don't even have a stock to fill till 9.00 Pm and almost all are looking for chat items. Most of the places and small side eateries would maintain enough stock even if they have a good amount of strollers. They have only 2 people to take orders and they guy who guy is not at all polite nor he has the patience to listen to what we need or how to disapprove. We recently visited loiee Ambattur on April 12, 2025, with a group of 10 family members and had a disappointing experience. The South Indian food tasted sour, and despite our complaint, the staff didn't take any action to rectify the issue or offer a replacement. The service was also lacking, with the staff seeming unconcerned about our concerns.

To make matters worse, they insisted on charging us for the subpar South Indian dishes and refused to cancel the bill. The North Indian food was average, but not particularly impressive. We also purchased Mysore pak, which had a strong oil smell that made one of our children feel nauseous.

I recently ordered from Loiee Mithai Rasoi and had a mixed experience. The sweets were delicious, but there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience.

Firstly, the order was misplaced. I had ordered rasagulla but received a different item. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying the rasagulla.

Additionally, I was not provided with wooden spoons for the ice cream and jamun. This made it difficult to enjoy these treats properly.

I hope the management takes note of these issues to improve their service. Despite these hiccups, the quality of the sweets was commendable, and I hope to see better service...
