My recent experience with the service at this establishment left much to be desired, marking it as one of the worst encounters I've had. The level of disorganization and inefficiency was staggering, as I observed a concerning pattern unfold during my attempt to place an order.
The process began with one staff member taking my order, only for another to intervene and inform me that the desired item was unavailable. This exchange unfolded in front of me, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. To compound matters, these two individuals engaged in a dispute, further undermining the semblance of a cohesive and customer-centric service.
What added to the frustration was the subsequent revelation that the initially unavailable item was promptly offered to the next person in line. The inconsistency and lack of transparency in this approach were striking. The item was visibly displayed on boards, suggesting its availability, and even the self-checkout system allowed for its selection. However, a major inconvenience arose when attempting to process payment through self-checkout, necessitating a return to the counter for manual ordering.
This entire ordeal not only highlighted a severe lack of communication and coordination among the staff but also showcased a disregard for customer satisfaction. The apparent conflict between staff members, coupled with the discrepancy in the availability of items, significantly tarnished the overall service experience. Current watchman who is working is very rude to customer he commands as police not talking in polite matter like park there,abuse when we put side 🔒 for bikes,.. security guard should be polite then only customer will come . Management should remove or teach him manners... Pls provide proper slope at entrance....
Also sometimes management don't provide proper cutlery for muti person order eg I and my frnd order 177 rate all chiken box.. They don't provide sauce only 3 for two persons give only after we recommend Same for box also they provide dummy kerchief size box...they should provide big one.....also some times they provide small size. Chicken....only give after asking to replace... And while cleaning table they just wipe ....but in table the smell and that sticky things are not cleaned...we have to use another person's stiiickky things while eating....
Mainly remove or replace arrogant disrespecting...
Read moreI visited this place with my family in 29th October 2023 and placed an order..imdtly the kfc service guy called me and said your was ready. I saw that drinks was missing and asked him he said it's not part of the order I said no the girl who took the order said will get 3 pepsi along with my order he checked with her and she came saying to me it's not part of the order again..I just took the food and came back. When I came to my table I saw there was something wrong in the order..by then the kfc service girl quickly came and just said ITS NOT YOUR ORDER AND JUST GRABBED THE FOOD FROM THE TABLE...where is the manners of saying sorry mam we by mistake delivered the wrong order....she did not have the decency or any customer service behaviour...was it my fault they called me and also we did not even touch the food when we understood it's not our order. And again when finally our order was ready she again called me and had to take it.... I didn't want to shout at that place as it was busy and a weekend also becos I was with my family and kids...WORST BEHAVIOUR...KFC teach some manners and customer service to...
