Disappointed with the Coffee and Service at KTC Nager Branch

I’ve been a regular customer at Aruvi and have always enjoyed their coffee, but my recent visit was truly disappointing.

When I placed my order, I took the time to explain how I wanted my coffee—hot water first, followed by a strong coffee with half sugar. However, the server barely paid attention, didn’t even look at me, and simply nodded without listening. After waiting for over five minutes, he returned with both the hot water and coffee together.

The real shocker was that the hot water was scalding hot, making it undrinkable, while the coffee was almost cold! To make matters worse, the coffee was far from what I requested—it was weak, dominated by the smell of milk, and overly sweet.

When I called the server to correct the order, he seemed completely unaware of what I had initially requested. I had to explain again, emphasizing the importance of serving hot water at a drinkable temperature.

As someone who has been enjoying coffee here for years, this experience felt like a major letdown. While I don’t want to single out the server, I feel the Aruvi management needs to ensure their staff are properly trained in customer service. For them, it might just be a cup of coffee, but for a customer, it’s an experience that matters deeply.

I'm not from Tirunelveli but I happened to visit this bakery at KTC nagar to have a cup of tea and purchase some snacks from them because of the ambience and excellent parking.

The tea served was extremely useless so I asked the tea maker to make another cup of tea and so he did.

Later I picked up the other eatables and hit the road travelling back home.

We opened a pack of snacks and started eating while driving a blue metal stone also went into my mouth (while crossing Dindugal 250 kms)and a tooth got damaged.

Apparently the purchase was done on my credit card 💳 but the bill was disposed off before entering the car.

My tooth has cracked and almost I would have lost my life lucky as I didn't swallow it.

I spent almost 4300 rupees for treatment with a dentist.

Very negligent and quality control is so poorly managed.

This post has not been posted intentionally to degrade Aruvi Bakery but to warn the people not to trust them in quality.

Absolutely poor quality stuff.
