I extremely happy that we got a very good reputed chain restaurant near our house but unfortunately I got a very bad experience and disappointment moment while I had food with my family at aruvi food court on today Complaints 1 Service staffs have a rigid behaviour and showing attitude 2 they didn't have any courtesy to even serve seasonings for pizza and when I ask for the seasings the waitress didn't have any knowledge about chilly flakes and oregano but I have seen the seasonings packets in the side station itself 3 when I asked for tissue the waitress served a single paper napkin which is been folded and given only to my wife and she's stared at me and went off 4 another guy i think he is a waiter who have no any manners and don't know how to behave he simply come to my table, without my permission he took all the sauce from the table before I had complete my meal and another guy cleared my plate without my permission while my wife having the last chicken pieces from the plate ....she became wondered it shows the lack of training for the staffs About the food it is good in taste and in the correct recipe but, I feel that the chicken is not cooked well and in a very hard texture in pizza and the pasta, I noticed it several times Please take necessary actions immediately because we love this place and a great ambience is there... So if this is rectified it is a very good place to hangout for all the youngsters and all the age group...
