Sithi Kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hi I'm Bala Each every sunday i order food to your shop Every time I mention need salna gravy and banana leaf i never eat container in order time I'm in workplace also so must need banana leaf. So I mention One month before i type my requirements but I didn't save that once I received that order I asked and fight to manager i think so his name was jaffer that's was date that my mistake after one week I directly go to the shop I give apology to him. After that till I placed three order his not give banana leaf and salna Today also now I'm cl to him he just like say that's not my issues i don't give you can do anythink and also he use some unknown words kindly suggest to some training or advise to him Thank you.

But Food Quality was amazing ✨...

Items are priced high and not worth the taste.. Ordered ghee rice, mutton varuval, chicken varuval, paneer 65 and parota.. Of all, only the mutton varuval was good but it was provided in small quantity for Rs. 240.

Rest of the items are average especially chicken varuval was very bad with too much salt in it.. We complained to the waiter but he didn't care much... After the complaint the waiter didn't attend our table at all..

After waiting for 10 minutes, We cancelled the parotta order which was yet to be delivered and paid the bill where they have included the cost of chicken dish also which we have complained and didnt eat..

Totally disappointed.. Will never...

After seeing the reviews, I had been to Sithi kitchen today to buy Mutton chukka and Chicken pepper masala. Order processing was quick And I got the parcel in few mins. When I reached home I could see apart from the items I ordered, they had given an extra salna parcel as well. Felt happy that they've given salna without even asking.

After eating only, I realised why they had given. Pathetic taste. Since no one buys from them, they had given to me to finish off it seems. All 3 items were so bad that it didn't have salt as well as spice. Mutton chukka was charged 200 and doesn't worth it at all. Felt so bad and the dishes spoilt my...
