Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience at Aruvi Bakery today. The quality of food and service does not justify the high prices.

Overpriced & Poor Hygiene – The prices are comparable to a three-star hotel, but the service and presentation are far below standard. For example, they serve food on unclean yellow plastic plates, and there's only a common water bottle for drinking.

Misleading Pricing – Ordered a Royal Falooda listed at ₹140, but was billed ₹150. It was just half a falooda with a small gulab jamun—definitely not worth even ₹100.

Disappointing Food Quality – Ordered a Paneer Tikka Sandwich, but it had barely any paneer—just a few pieces of capsicum and cabbage. It tasted bland and felt like a cheap filler.

Overall, a highly disappointing visit. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this...

Dear Aruvi bakery tirunelveli town team, I bought a birthday cakes and chocolates around Rs. 2500 on 11-06-2025, we requested for the black-current flavour cake.

Your staff given us, we asked why the color is sky blue not in Black current flavour color, she said, its just a outside, inside is black current, we trusted and we paid the bill for black current cake. On the birthday party when we cut the cake we came to know that its NOT Black current - Its just a white forest cake.. we are really surprised on your poor service,

I have seen other customers review below, So now i understood these kinda poor service is a usual routine in your town branch so there no words to say anymore.

Terrible customer service. Arrogant and lying store manafers or owners. They embarrassed us during a family birthday party infront of the guests because of their service or lack of. We ordered rainbow cake for a big event. We did not get what we ordered. We asked for 5 kgs of cake cut into 120 pieces of cake and when taking the order and payment. Instead we got 96 pieces when we opened the box to serve the guests. When we called and asked they were trying to say they couldn't cut 5kgs into 120 pieces and we needed to pay for 2 more kgs if we wanted 120. It's pure blackmail and cheap business tactics.
