Worst service and taste... The staff are in the hotel not knowing basic mannerisms. I went hotel yesterday for buying parcel with my child, my child asking water and mine request the staff for water, they simply told no water and ask with billing person or you can ask with parotta master.. I very shameful and shout them for this silly reply. Other staff also not given the items as per my request by method (seperate parcel, with mixing etc..) . Atmosphere also very worst. There is lots off drainage is there and the empty alcohol bottles is there in the entrance near.. food is also very oily and after eating the same given stomach trouble. Better to close the shop with complaining wit food safety dept. No basic amenities is there.. rates is also very high. பரோட்டா price is rs 17 with GST. Very high, this is the Tirunelveli' star hotel rate but eating in சந்து கடை.. i complaint with food safety dept already. This is my openion, and iam not indenting to create bad name to the shop but it is the reality of the shop and the food quality and service. Over-all...
