Barbequeen Restaurant(Gugai) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst behaviour,that too if you come in hungry they wont service you and that too if you come at late night time they will say there is no one to service sir and if we ask anything while eating they will service you after your hands became dry and there will be no juice only the servant have to put the juice and he will be busy in service so there will be no juice also at late night time i recommend them to put a board saying dinning closed by 10.15pm itself because there are not going to service you after that time they will be busy in their work . And there will be no water also at tablet after we finish dinning we have to ask...

We ordered Grill chicken, Roti, C. Lollipop and C. Gravy. Out of these 2 items (G. Chicken and Roti) were worst cooked. Masala was still raw in G. Chicken and Roti was partially cooked. They gave onion as an addition which was not even cleaned after peeling with dust visible. Restaurant was understaffed and couldn't handle the crowd even parking was nightmare it took 20 mins to park my car. I would not prefer this restaurant to anyone else. And i will rate if there are anything on negative side for the toilets which was in worst condition without cleaning and...

Very bad experience. The attitude of the guy who is taking order,lot to be improved. Inordinate delay in supplying the ordered items, they forgot one item. Because of it my bill is less by 240rs. Even to settle the bill the guys are very very lethargic. One more thing I felt very bad was they are supplying tomato ketchup in cheap sachets,, the restaurant like this, having four to five branches can have their own homemade ketchaps Or some quality ketchaps in bottles or dispensers.
