Customer service: Very worst customer service. No one comes to your table to take order even if the shop is empty where there are no customers. And the staff will ask you to give good reviews about their shop. We got an apple juice and sandwich. Where apple juice is Rs.100/- and they serve it with the plastic use and throw cup even if you dine inn. And the apple juice was not so great since it was very watery and it's not that worth to buy. And we got a panner sandwich where they used mini bread and the stuffing was just with more onions and just 2 or 3 panner chunks again not worth for what we pay.

The place is really suffocating and they don't even switch on the AC. Will not recommend this place. It's totally waste of time and money.

If you are looking to improve your shop just serve the food in reusable ceramic or silver plates. As you are serving the food in use and throw cups we are forced to hold the cups where your hanging fans are very worst it's spoiling our mood. And try to teach your staffs how to deal with the customers. Never had this kind of experience before.

Totally this juice mall will spoil...

I would have selected 0 stars if that was an option. Worst service and worst quality ever..

We had ordered a 2kg blueberry ice cake one day prior (4th Nov 2020) for my niece's birthday. The manager said the cake would be ready for delivery by 2pm next day (5th Nov 2020). When we went to collect the cake next day around 3pm, they said the cake was not ready and the master had gone out asked us to come after 1 hour. Since we had lot of other commitments, we asked them to deliver it to our place before 6pm. Finally they brought it around 7:30 in the night with worst condition (pictures attached - name not written properly on the cake, one side damaged). When we called the manager, he did not respond properly.. and they could care less about it. Just imagine how an 8 year old kid would've felt seeing the birthday cake in such a poor condition.. And the cake tasted like it was just a bread dipped in sugar water. We had to throw the cake away. I request you to please never ever buy or order from Juice...
