Pathetic Delivery experience with this shop. We ordered cake for my friend's marriage at 2PM. They confirmed that they will provide the cake by 7-7:30 PM. I have paid the full 5950 rupees for the cake and 500 rupees for delivery charges. But, I received the cake by 10:30PM where Marriage was over and all my friends went home already. I have contacted them over 22 times through normal and whatsapp calls. Before taking the order and payment, they will respond to you quickly but once payment is done you will be frustrated. I recommend people to not order anything from...

Cake quality is wonderful! Since name stands more than 100 years old, quality that speaks. Taste is soo good. But price for the current competative market to be fixed reasonable to endure in future and mainly people who works there need to understand the legacy of this brand and how they conduct the customer. I feel customer satisfaction with staffs is poor. Need to be improved by...

Worst Bakery in Salem district . They don't serve one tumbler of water. We was wait 10 min in the table After ten min i asked is this self service shop? then only she said yes.
