I'm extremely disappointed with this!!! The pictures and descriptions of the dishes are highly misleading!!!! I wanted to give it a try and had ordered a mutton dhum gosht biriyani. Sadly, I could hardly find any mutton in there. The quantity of rice as well was extremely less. Murgh kefta was an absolute disaster!!!!!! This is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! An absolute waste of money! I spent 730rs for something that's hardly worth even half the total price! You have to do something about this . I read other reviews,and they've all faced the same. What pleasure is it to cheat people and literally loot such hard earned money? I need this to be...

I ordered biriyani on food on track after delivering i opened that pack i shocked and i took photo and call that delivery boy and shouted he told mam only my work to delivery the food ill send you the owner number you call and i callen and asked obout tje food he was saying very carelessly maam here heavy rain and no.power also staff only responsible for this pls dont give any complaints obout this maam ill refund the amount he said but still i never received the amount pls dont buy the food from this (The Biriyani Life)...

Totally disappointed and exhausted with zomato

Ordered from Behrouz Biryani – Vellore through Zomato while staying at a hotel in Vellore. I had guests and relatives with me. We all waited until 1:30 AM — no food, no proper updates, nothing. People kept asking me, “Where’s your food?” and it honestly became a joke.

I felt completely humiliated. Everyone was tired and hungry, and I was the one who looked like a fool for trusting Zomato.

Irresponsible service, zero coordination....
