Food - we have ordered 399 buffet which they told unlimited chicken biryani and kebabs, sweets and eggs

Biryani - taste is ok, but they never topup chicken pieces in buffet, after asking they refilled only 2 to 3 pieces but before we taking it got picked by others, again I asked to refill chicken pieces, they speaking inside how many times did we top-up chicken pieces. If you not having interested to sell in buffet plz stop it, don't cheat customers. Check how many customers are ordering buffet and accordingly topup the biryani and pieces, without any request from customers

Kebabs - Cold, Very very hard boneless kebabs, few not cooked properly and few fried wing pieces are very cold but taste is ok, there is no one monitoring how much need to top-up in buffet counters, I think they will cook and top-up at 11am and they will sell that till 4pm, that much kebabs kept there, We didn't had kebabs just skipped. Kebabs are utterly waste.

Eggs - I think yesterday balance eggs kept at fridge and keeping in buffet counter at Next day morning, bcoz inside yellow yolk was very hard to eat, I will ensure it's 100% old eggs.

Sweet - taste is ok.

Ambience - Split ACs was not that much effective when we seated inside, we having the food with sweating.

Services person's are there, they just watching the peoples how much they are eating, instead of that they can monitor buffet counters.

Overall experience is Food delivering in buffet counter is not worth for 399 rupees, but if you focus those you will surely get good results.

Worst service. I went with 5 ppl before starting from my home I asked them whether buffet is available over phone call and they confirmed me it's available. Once we reached there we asked buffet for 5 ppl and they said "no sir biriyani shortage buffet not available for us". When we try to leave from there they said they can serve 3 plate biriyani i did agree for it and asked him to provide buffet atleast for two person. He said not possible coz of biriyani shortage. After us another two guys came the server provided buffet services to them. I questioned him I also requested buffet for two at that time but you told me biriyani shortage and didn't provide for two of my ppl.

We asked for buffet but he offered just 3 plates of biriyani for 5 ppl while leaving.

While argument he said "I understood one thing from you sir we should not provide food if we are in shortage even if someone is dying hunger". (We didn't beg him to provide food to us. He tried to retain us by offering 3 plates of biriyani. )

After he said that word I simply went to washroom and washed my hand and paid ₹ 1034(3 chicken biriyani and 4 pcs tikka) bill without eating what we ordered.

My question was very simple why no buffet to us and yes to another customer who came after us..

Though we keep revisiting the shop for the taste of food, today was worst experience in the shop from the server. If this attitude continues to happen sure the business won't long run. The way he spoke to women is so rude. He had no basic humanity also. Person who comes in hunger to the shop his attitude for a silly reason and the words spoke like he was the owner of the shop was so so so bad. He couldn't even accept when the person who served me offered an empty bowl to shift the food to it and serve by my own. There is no loss for the shop in it but he kept arguing that we serve only in plate not bowl we can't change for one single customer etc etc. I told him that we have come many times to the shop and got served in bowl but he kept arguing as though am working under him saying u might have gone to some other shop not here this is briyani Mubarak. Worst attitude served today. And even the manager kept quite when I was leaving the shop because the person was so dominating. Even manager couldn't manage because he was arguing that she is not regular customer here etc etc. Briyani Mubarak sent back a woman hungry who stepped inside the shop. Sure from my bottom of the heart I had good opinion about this shop for the taste served but soon business gets dull for these kind of persons attitude. Anyways thanks for the tasty food served...
