We ordered a take away. We asked for the card reader to be sent, so we could pay by card. The gentleman who answered the phone says they accept only cash (in this day and age of demonetisation). We asked the manager if that is the case. After a long discussion (i still don't understand the reluctance), he agreed to send the card reader along....but yes, you guessed it right, he didn't. I don't mind the revenge he had on me as he thought I was a trouble maker and time waster. We didn't want to shoot the messenger, so we paid the bill in cash and sent him away. We rang and asked the manager why the card reader was not sent in spite of our request. He said the boy who delivered the food forgot to carry the card reader as it was being charged. I am sorry to say the manager or cashier, whoever it was, didn't deserve to hold the post as he couldn't handle the negative feedback and was unable to carry forward a customer's request, which is the first sign of failure in an organisation. I don't expect them to have training in generic skills like in an IT industry, but this reflects badly on the organisation, and unfortunately sometimes the delivery boy or the cashier or the manager of that shift are the faces of the organisation, as the owner of the business or the CEO is not going to be delivering our food at our door step. Poor experience for me, and something to learn for the organisation, but only if they are willing to ....... The best part of this was that the food was very good, thanks to the chef. The 2 stars in my feedback are one for the chef and one for the delivery man. Hope the management...
Read moreVery worst experience on taste of the food which is very awful... To know more please read the full review...
Bought mutton dum Briyani which they mentioned is special on their restaurant.
Taste was very worst and not even to compare with the roadside Briyani which way tastes more better than this...
And ordered pepper brain which contains only pepper but needs to find the brain pieces as there is only 3 to 4 small pieces of brain alone in the dish..
Ordered one more prawn Briyani which again tastes worst but contains lots of prawns...
And chicken Chettinad which needs to be highlighted here. Everywhere the curry tastes hot because of the hotness but to this version it tastes only sweet.. (very funny)..
Rogan Josh with kulcha again make my thumbs down because of sweetness in the gravy and the dark black colour kulcha which they burned fully...
Forget to mention that ordered lamb soup which is also a bit of sweetness with corn flour mix which i never expected on the soup.
Totally spent ₹1968 for which i received only the worst experience.
Don't even think about trying here for dine in or take away and you'll dealt with a bad experience.
They're looting people's money because of their brand name and pathetic food.
Nowadays in most of the big restaurants like this they are using the chef's from North India who not even know how to cook the South indian curry and the final taste of their cooking is as mentioned above.
Highly...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant, being a long-time fan of the brand, and was curious to try out this particular outlet. At first glance, I was a bit surprised – the restaurant is housed in a small building, which initially made me skeptical. However, once I stepped inside, the experience changed for the better.
The ambience is warm and pleasant, though the seating area is a bit limited. Despite the compact space, the layout is neat and welcoming. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that orders were taken and served without delay.
Coming to the food – the taste was absolutely mind-blowing. Every dish we ordered was delicious, well-prepared, and served at the right temperature. It was evident that the kitchen maintains a consistent quality, true to the reputation of the brand. There was also a steady stream of customers, which speaks volumes about its popularity in the area.
The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food served. It’s a great place for a quick meal or a casual outing with friends or family.
The only downside I noticed was the parking situation. The restaurant can accommodate a maximum of five vehicles in front, along the roadside. During peak hours, this could be a bit of a hassle.
Overall, a great culinary experience with room for improvement in parking facilities. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and craving some...
