Zero Stars - Avoid This Restaurant at All Costs!
Unfortunately zero star rating cannot be given here. I had the misfortune of ordering at this place recently, and it was an unmitigated disaster. Not only did they fail to deliver my full order, but they also had the audacity to charge me for it. To add insult to injury, when I tried to contact them to rectify the situation, they ignored my calls and messages.
The level of incompetence and dishonesty displayed by this establishment is staggering. It's clear that they're more interested in making a quick buck than providing decent service or respecting their customers.
Partial Order, Full Price
I ordered totally four items, but only received two. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed completely unbothered. It was as if they expected me to just accept the incomplete order and be grateful for it.
No Accountability
Attempts to contact the restaurant have been met with radio silence. No calls returned, no messages responded to. It's clear they're avoiding accountability for their mistakes.
Compensation? Forget It
Don't expect any compensation or apology from these charlatans. They're too busy swindling their customers to care about providing decent service.
Conclusion
Burger king, Perambur is a shady operation that doesn't deserve your business. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere. Trust me, you'll regret it if you don't.

Recently, I've ordered a meal for myself through the app and paid with my card at the restaurant after giving a 5th try despite all the inconveniences I've faced here. Ironically, Few minutes into waiting for the order A lady next to my table with 4 small children around 4 year old found a dead and FRIED cockroach in her french fries. That is straight up disgusting and the restaurant has DONE LITERALLY NOTHING for it except for 1 or 2 "sorry" and a refund. The careless and newbie staffs just threw the tray away into the garbage when the lady was about to take a photo. The junior staff was raising her voice while apologizing to the lady with 4 kids who were prone to their poor cooking. Would they be responsible if the kids and family were suffering? No. This shows how inconsistent and careless they are about quality and quantity as well. Turns out the whole batch of fries were ruined and they had to "shut down" for a hour. The lady could have created a big issue for burger king but instead took the refund and left. I've also asked for an refund but they said it is not possible because I have paid with "card" at the store. I completely lost my appetite and they expect me to eat the same food which they've prepared along with the cockroach fried batch. They will only behave properly if we are to behave same as them or else they will be doing stuff as per their wish. Waiting time is very long. hardly there were 2-3 set of customers ordered. But they took such a huge time to deliver just 2 burgers. The place is crowded with zomato and siggy orders. So they are giving first preference to those people rather than those who visit. At the entrance there was a big hole. They should have kept it as open atleast so that we can see when we walk. But they have covered this with a rubber sheet. So we dint realise there was a hole, i got slip and about to fall down. Its very dangerous.
