Had prebooked 3 bucket biriyani a day earlier though i requested an early delivery, they informed that due to higher booking the order can be delivered by 2.15 pm the following day and booking was hassle-free.

Then came the day of delivery, We were waiting for the order to be delivered having a whole family waiting for more than 1 hour and no response with multiple calls to the provided customer care number and the outlet number, not even a single call was answered which resulted in more frustration making us think if ever are we going to be served and making us run for another restaurant pretty much by the end of lunch hours to serve for a whole family consisting of kids and elders who were waiting.

I understand it's a busy day for the delivery but please have some courtesy to atleast inform the customer if the order is to be delayed so that we somehow have surety that their orders are coming in and not just leaving them dry by not answering any calls. Being one of the biggest biriyani franchise in chennai and having no confirmation and followup email/sms is...

Seriously disappointed with them. Had pre-booked 3 bucket biriyani before hand, they assured it would be delivered around 2:30 pm.

Then came the day of delivery, I was expecting the order to be delivered in more or less from the expected time but not even a single response from them, it was past 3:30 pm and yet no one picked up any calls which I tried from the given pamphlets and provided them on online sites. Yet no response from then.

We are a family with children and elderly people, i know it's a busy time slot on a festival time, but the fact that there was no response or prior intimation that the food was going to be late was the one which made me feel frustrated, I had to resort to an alternate food for my family in the meanwhile.

I am seriously disappointed that there is no customer interaction or intimation when they are falling behind the schedule of delivery, being one of the biggest biriyani franchises in Chennai.

I probably won't book any orders here in the future probably if this is what is to be expected from them.
