Burger King — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is the worst place ever. Please do not order food from this place. I had ordered for 8pc chicken bucket grilled, one normal chicken burger and two chicken whopper, the food that was given can't be described how bad it was. The 8 piece grilled chicken bucket was uncooked meat and the quantity was so limited. I asked the guy at the counter when I collected my order why the grilled chicken pieces are so limited, he sarcastically replied that the bucket is a large one or otherwise what is that you expect??? This is what the response was. Also the burgers were not as the name suggests, "Burger King"!!! Such a bad experience putting their food in my mouth, my evening got spoiled. I don't think these people cared for me!! If they did, I should have had a good meal there. Such worse than substandard food I was provided. I know that they very well know what they provide to their customers and I felt the worse eating at Burger King!! Please do not waste your time or money going to this place. My bill was Rs. 709/- and my whole time and money wasted visiting this place. On my way exiting this place I told the waitress that the food was worse and I will never come back again to this place. She offered me to speak to the manager, I politely refused and walked out. I believe that if you cannot respect one customer you will be bound to decline in your business, it's just a matter of time. I hope all of you out there read this and ensure you don't end wasting your time and money at...

I would have normally given 5 stars, but due to some issues with my order last night I am giving a 4. I have ordered multiple times from this outlet and I was incredibly satisfied. Not last night. I ordered through the app around 21.45hrs. The order was a large chicken wings and a big chicken whopper with an offer that delivered a free Fiery chicken burger.

Delivery time was fine. But to my surprise, I found out that they didn't even provide tissues and of course the ketchup packs were missing. I am not too concerned about the ketchup though. But tissues are important. In addition, it seemed like the burgers were put together in complete haste. The ingredients started falling out the moment I took them out of the wrapper and the box was not even closed. It was messy and not to mention, there were no tissues.

Could it be because I ordered around closing time I wondered, but I have done it previously and didn't have such issues. I still consider last night to be an one off, but I hope these things are not overlooked. I will still order from this store and hope...

The parking in the basement couldn't fit in our vehicle so it had to wait near the dustbin on the service lane 🥸 Tried to wash my hands before dining but the basin was occupied by an employee who was trimming his beard 🪮 Went after a while and found the same basin infested with a total of 3 employees who were all now trimming their beards, with the same trimmer at that 💀 Ordered for 4 and it took around 25 minutes for the whole order to get served. I think this had something to do with most of the staff spending time trimming their beards instead of making our order. There are some nice yesteryear frames on one end of the joint. The restroom was dry but there was no soap near the basin. As for the hand-dryer, I'm sure I could dry my hands faster if I just kept blowing on it 🌬️ The food was great though, including the Mocha Frappe. Incompetence survives under the shade of...
