Bad day for my family...it's very sad..... .....very badly maintained outlet. Cleanliness is zero... stinking.... airconditioner not working because of electrical issues. All the staff downstairs.... they're very busy.... pizza served to our table without a fork & knife, tissue paper...i was waiting for your staff.... finally your staff came upstairs to take some stuff from the store room....when I asked him...he gave the knife fork but it was not cleaned properly.... substandard staff.... they're not friendly or courteous....your staff are thinking, your outlet is giving free food to customers....any customer is ordering, immediate response we will deliver to your table in one hour.... ridiculous.....if they get more orders, your staff response to customers is system down...unable to take order....back office your staff is switching off the server.... management wake up... please tame your staff and throw them out who is spoiling your outlet....

Further Place the order and find a place to sit....downstairs if the table is full, you have to go upstairs...whenever you want to place any further order, every time you have to run down stairs......it's like a ration shop .... There is no additional order counter in upstairs..... because of this all problem.... management please sort out this issue.....the day I went i faced this issue.

Please don't visit this outlet during the useless special offer day.

We had a bizarre beginning at the counter to begin with as there was no one to attend us when we walked in by 2pm except for a staff busy making pizzas. After waiting for 10mins and with repeated requests the so called Manager Ganesh attended us. We ordered for a meal for two with garlic sticks and 2 Pepsi. Requested for 1 Pepsi as my wife doesn’t drink aerated drinks.

We were really hungry and as there was a delay in serving our food, I had almost finished the small glass of Pepsi and requested for a small refill in order to not waste. But Ganesh the manager refused to give me as there are no refills. We were eligible for 2 Pepsi and got only one glass and when requested for a refill a little out of the second glass which we have duly paid for was refused.

We really had to make Ganesh understand that we are asking against what we paid and it took him sometime to understand but by then we had finished our meal.

The meal was good but the staff require training starting from the cleaning lady who was also advising us saying rude behaviour. Even though we were asking for what we have paid.

It was a disastrous experience at Pizza Hut for the first time. We have been enjoying Pizza Hit since 2006 from our Middle East days and have enjoyed their services for quite a long.

The Potheri outlet massively messes up the online orders. they miss to send items, send out a different beverage than the one ordered without even checking with the customer. the taste is getting worse with each order. they just don't care. the number listed here is always switched off, so there is no way to speak to someone at the store. when I reached out to Zomato a while ago with a concern that these people are missing items from my order, they did not refund me just because the outlet did not agree to their wrong doing and I lost my money as well. I was simply asked by Zomato to leave a feedback here. the reason for me venting out here is they messed up my order today as well. it tastes bad, I can attest to this as there are other outlets in Chennai that provide the same items for a far better taste. They don't take care to pack the dip carefully so they always end up getting wasted by the time the order is delivered. One time, I had missing pieces from my garlic bread stocks. I ordered two of them - one had all the pieces while the other had just two. I really hope Zomato does something to penalise this particular outlet. as a regular customer, I have had it. I tried reaching out to the Pizza Hut customer care as well, but they refused to take my complaint as my order was placed through Zomato. Don't mess with people's...
