Where do I even start, my son’s fourth birthday party was an utter flop just because of these people. The cake on the right is what I’d ordered and the left is what I received, Spider-Man theme with a pink cake, can you even imagine? And look at the cake toppers, they didn’t even cut out the edges, before all this, the cake was promised to be delivered by 5, but received the cake by 7:45 after multiple calls to the store. Gosh what a nightmare. Never in my life am I gonna order from here and definitely not gonna recommend it to anyone. Done and dusted. Thanks for spoiling...

Worst commitment timelines. Had a special function at church on 25.06.2023 and ordered giveaways from cake bee and requested items at 8.30 - 9.00 am. The function was at 10.00 am and I receuved the items at 10.10 am at the Ramanathapuram Branch, Coimbatore. I was supposed to be at the function at 10.00 am and I am standing at the shop.

Purchased plum cake 200grm pack on 1st Feb 2019, while purchasing I asked for fresh cake, he said it is fresh. When I opened it, found it very dry condition and not able to cut.
