Chai kings and RMZ management definitely need to take action on staff's unprofessional and rude behaviour.

Staff's are not working properly and always not providing glass cups..They are very very lazy to clean and take glass cup's.

All tea varities quality and tastes are very very bad now because of the staff's that they don't know, how to...

It’s ridiculous in this day and age, chai kings don’t have an option of no sugar tea. When asked , they only have no sugar coffee. How about preparing tea or coffee without sugar and letting the customer decide with disposable sugar packets?.. basic...
