Worst customer service !!

1. On 30th March 2024 Saturday, I and my mother went around 6:25 pm to this store. It was almost empty. Table 1 was unclean, so we went to Table 3. Since there was no QR code there, I checked with the bill counter person. He was on phone and I had to wait for few mins until he saw me to ask about this. He told to sit in Table 1, when I said it's not clean, he told to wait. Again waited. Later after few mins I asked again. he told to scan from any table and sit at Table 3 itself.
2. Scanned from a nearby table and placed the order at 6:40 pm. Since no sign of order, went to the counter at 6:55 pm and asked him. He told to wait saying packing in progress.
3. After 7 pm he told order was not processed, refund will be initiated. He told to place the order again. When I asked was the pizzas already done, he said it will be done after this new payment only. My patience couldn't stand anymore. It's already more than half an hour, just max 3 customers at store. Still I and my mother was made to wait for more than half an hour. And he is asking to pay and start afresh. When I asked why couldn't he inform earlier, he said he checked it that time only. When I got angry like don't you see I'm waiting with my mother for more than half an hour he simply said it will be refunded. When I asked, amount will be refunded, but what about our half an hour?. He didn't even look at me and went back to another customer. Please note, he didn't had the courtesy to even say a word Sorry even once. And for every query, I had to wait until he sees me and then only ask him (as if I was at some government office). I never saw such a disrespectful experience at Pizzahut or in any such branded store. I will never buy again from this particular store. Felt very much...

Worst experience. TWO persons are ideal but don't and not ready to work and make the deliveries faster. No seperation of veg and non veg, lie next to each other and spill into the next trays. Same cutter same person handles both veg and non veg.No consideration and seperation. Just creating a busy and crowded scenario by working slow and being ideal. One of the worst in store experiences. Old Glory days of HUT is done !! No comments wonder their competitors are growing super fast.Quality of food, simple as garlic breadsticks don't have enough cheese on all sticks, though the dough was fresh one was burnt other was not fully baked.The pizza topping half of which get split and remaining half goes into pizza only on few slices.same for the cheese on the slices.common guys..yes u have crowd to sustain doesn't mean u r doing a good job. consumers helpless are settling for...

I had a very frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with a Pepsi combo, but despite reminding the staff twice, I only received my Pepsi almost after finishing my meal.

What made it worse was the payment issue. I paid through Swiggy Dineout — the money was deducted from my account and I even received the invoice by email. Yet, the outlet insisted they didn’t receive the payment and made me pay again directly at the store. This meant I ended up paying twice for the same order.

Overall, it was one of my worst dining experiences and very disappointing from a reputed brand...
