We ordered 2 tea and 1 cold coffee for me. Tea was okay drinkable at least, But cold coffee was horrible I mean worst coffee I had ever full of water not milk. While ordering I said tea now coffee after some time that time they said okay but after 2min later I saw coffee is ready. Then I repeated myself they said okay After some time(30 min) I asked for coffee they gave me same same cold coffee which they prepared for me before, its okay but taste 😅 was worst. I asked them to change it then do you know what they did, same coffee they blended in mixer without adding anything. Such a shameful service. 😞

We come for a brand value but this franchise is worst.. no maintenance I'm seeing from 10 months.. we pay more than a good cheta shop.. not even clean so dusty.. Staff is so rude can't even say in proper way of communication valasarvakkam CHAI KINGS 👉👎👎👎 this admin will post same reply to all customers same we will look on it.. instead of repairing their Air condition in the shop.. Thanks for the dusty and hoty atmosphere.. both AC is just a air coolers..

I saw an interview of the Chai Kings founders. But, this is my first visit to Chai Kings Shop. The shop has lot varities of teas are available. The shop looks specious with approximately 14+ seats. The stools are wide and very comfortable to sit. Tables also in a decent size and height. Overall, the shop looks very good. Can go with friends for quick beverage and snacks.

One of the Worst Experiences – Chai King Valasaravakkam

We are frequent and loyal customers of Chai King, but our recent visit to the Valasaravakkam branch was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. • The bill counter staff was incredibly rude and completely lacking in basic courtesy. • The AC was barely working, making the place hot and uncomfortable. • For a brand like Chai King, this kind of service is shocking.

We’ve supported this brand for a long time, but if this is the kind of experience we’re going to get, it really makes us question if it’s worth coming back.

We demand a proper customer support number or channel to report such incidents directly. Hope the management takes this seriously – because we surely are.

Worst experience !!!

I am writing to share my recent experience at your chai kings valasaravakkam outlet, which was unfortunately quite disappointing. As someone who enjoys your brand, this visit did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect.

We went with our friends and kids but not satisfied with the customer service.

Manager ( billing person) was very very rude and used un parliamentary words with us. Quality of the tea was not good if we ask , the responsible person showing his attitude. No AC , no proper customer service, poor cleanliness......

I believe customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure such incidents...

One of the worst chai kings branch in chennai. The manager behaviour is pathetic and rude to most of the customers. Always frwony faced. Order wait time for a tea is more than 25 minutes, and when questioned the delay the response was awesome..... You can see how crowdy it is ... Like with only 3 single customers your find it crowdy then how in the world you will you cater if its beyond 7-8 customers at a time. More concerned about online platform deliveries than the counter orders. If this is the case so please start operating only for swiggy and zomato and stop the counter sales.

Worst and very unclean tables . Fans dont work if you want to feel...
