Chennai Rawther Biriyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Biriyani is good. There are some combos available.

Pros: •Chicken Biriyani taste is good. •Special combos available. •combos are Affordable •Sea foods also available •Chicken Biriyani + Tandoori or Lollipop or Chicken gravy or Chicken 65 3pcs or Grilled chicken = 180/- Options for cool drinks Pepsi/Coke/7 up/Slice •Mutton biriyani also available •A/C hall available

Cons:

•No beef •No parking space •Amenities are not that good as a/c in non a/c room. •You can't wash your mouth with water in was basin., the water there is like direct supply from sea. •You can't park car here.. We'll have to park road side and walk. Hardly 5 bikes can be parked in front of the restaurant.

Overall a good place for lunch and dinner.. Good ac hall and can accomodate upto 30 people.. Affordable compared to other restuarants. May be this is the one which would be 5% costly than any other restuarant around here, because there is no other neat hotels nearby. Do visit to have Tandoori. Tandoori is the best here.. Grilled also available.. Fish also available but there is no fish item less than 150 bucks. Quil also available.. Quil 65 is 90 bucks and any other dish made of quil is more than 150 bucks. Not much option...

Had a very bad experience today... I gave my credit card for my bill to the Waiter. He swiped the card for an amt of 359 rs and i got the transaction confirmation sms at the same time. When i was planning to leave the hotel, another guy( the hotel owner) came and told that the card transaction was declined so he asked me to give the card to swipe again for the same amount. I told that guy, than the earlier transaction was success, if it was declined i would have received the sms immediately. But that hotel owner still asked me to pay again... I planned to Lodge a police complain by calling 100, but not before that to double confirm i taken the bank statement in mobile and shown them... But the owner told that he was in ramzan fasting so he will not tell lies... I dont know why he want to showcase his religion faith to me... I still refused to give my card for another swipe... At last he got my mobile number and said that they will cross check their transaction at day end and if the 359rs amount was in shortage they will call me next day... I agreed and left the hotel... Beware of this hotel while using...

This is my honest review regarding the food, service and atmosphere. All I can say is, they simply loot the money by providing pathetic service and unhygienic food

We ordered chicken pepper soup (looked like porridge), chicken lollipop (stone like structure with blood) and Mutton biriyani (tasted like tomato rice with uncooked Mutton peices). On top of it, oil was floating in the water which was served in tumbler to customers. The items had bad smell and taste was horrible

Because of this uncooked and unhygienic food, we are suffering from food poisoning and continous stomach upset. The atmosphere is worser than anything else. They didn't bother to turn up AC and tried to loot money by charging extra cost on AC Dine in hall.

It's not even worth to provide 1 star. Really wonder how this restaurant is still surviving ? Serious actions need to be encountered with this regard. My humble request to all those who reads my review - please dont ever step into this place, if you really care...
