After 25 mins order was moved to dispatched status but no sign thereafter.

Tried calling customer care and it was connected only to IVR and wasn't getting connected to the agent. Tried reaching out to the store number but it was switched off.

It was past 1 hour, where I tried calling customer care from a different number and now, I was able to connect to the agent and explain the situation. I stayed on call for a long 10-15 mins, where they said they've spoken to the store manager and the order would be delivered in another 10-15 mins. I asked them to ensure that it should be hot enough and shouldn't be getting the one which is prepared an hour back and said that things are ensured and they conveyed the same to the store manager.

Finally the order was delivered after 1 hour and 50 minutes and to my surprise, it was very cold. Tried calling customer care and now I was not able to connect to them through both numbers (connecting only to IVR).

Checked with the store manager (phone is now reachable) and asked why they had delivered the pizza which was very cold and prepared a long time back. They said they had too much of an order and can now prepare it fresh and can deliver in 30 minutes, to which I ensured with them and then agreed.

There was no sign even after 35 minutes, so I called them. He said that the order would be delivered in another 10-15 minutes and the reason for the delay was that there were too many orders. I'm wondering how people are like this, who are ineligible to work in the service industry. Didn't want them to deliver it cold again, so asked for a refund, to which they said they will process the refund. No signs of doing it and not picking the call thereafter.

The Double Cheese Margherita was particularly dismal—dry, lifeless, and reminiscent of cardboard rather than the cheesy delight one would hope for.

The Farmhouse pizza, which I anticipated would be a comforting blend of flavors, was ruined by burnt mushrooms(which looked like charcoal)that added a bitter note to the already lackluster experience. The Fresh Veggie and Peppy Paneer pizzas suffered the same fate; I am astonished that they would even consider delivering such substandard quality pizza to customers in the first instance.

Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the store for a resolution, I was met with indifference, as my calls were consistently cut.
