Domino's Pizza | Perambur, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The overall experience was good, but when we went there a couple of months back we ordered 2 pizzas and the lady who took the order went out on completion of her shift which was within 15 mins of order placed time. As she was about to leave I asked regarding our order and she said that she had informed the next person who will be working in the shift, so we started to wait. After an hour of waiting when we went and asked they said since there is a huge volume of orders it's getting delayed and asked us to wait for some more time, we waited for another half an hour, when we went and asked they said there is no such order placed under our name after we showed the bill, then they searched and found that one of pizza was already done long back. Then they made the second pizza, by the time we received our order it took nearly a couple of hours. And the pizza which was done earlier was not at all hot and became hard when asked they simply said we couldn't replace it now. Is this how you do the service?

But that was the only time we faced such an issue, due to which I couldn't blame the...

Ambiance is good, every 10 mins they keep on cleaning, timely delivered the ordered items, staffs were so kind and gentle but two things made me upset..

First thing.. they have more staffs for serving and for delivery but management don't have sense to have keep any security in the enterance.. since there is no crowd we don't even have a space for bike parking.. all the bikes were uneven so I have parked my bike some where and came while we entering itself we getting irritated and mood is getting spoiled..

Second thing.. every one feel thirsty aft having their food some ppl like to have cool drinks some ppl like to have only water.. it's good thing they have hygienic RO water near the dine in but sad thing is they don't provide any cup to drink.. If v ask for cup they use to say out of stock so by compulsion ppl have buy some cool drinks.. I real dont understand wheather it's really out of stocks or its buss strategy make customers to buy cool drinks..

very worst service. We ordered a capsicum masala paneer from pizza mania. when opened the pizza is cold and it looks like that it has baked before 3-5 hours, the capsicum and paneer is very chewy and hard. when we tell them about this they told that pizza mania menus pizzas are usually like this because they are cheap but at last they exchange the pizza they gave a new one but that pizza has ketchup instead of pizza sauce. totally we ordered two classic, two golden corn, one capsicum masala paneer from pizza mania and two lava cake and lastly cheese chicken. the lava cake is burnt. other pizzas are also cold and the crust is very thin like papad when we complaint that the told the same reason that pizza mania pizzas are cheap so they are always like that only. cheese chicken is only quiet better. the card is not accepted. it took 30 minutes for each order. it is very disappointment for us. we are regular customer of dominos. if we that pizza and our health is affected what we can do. we requested dominos to take severe...
