Domino's Pizza | Ranganatha Nagar, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I went today to this branch besides bharath University.. this branch is very unhygienic, is having lots of house flies flying over all the tables, and the housefly is entering inside the tomato sauce bottles.. and sitting on all our pizzas... when I reported this to the lady at the counter, she was kind of useless in reacting to the complaint when I said that you need to take care of the house fly problem.. I felt that many customers would have mentioned this fly problem and she is fed up on hearing this repeatitive and simply replied we will take care and doesn't care a heck... that's it, she didn't even apologise, but said we will take care and left the counter without taking the order... And another guy came to take the order and he took the order wrong. So pathetic.. I wouldn't have continued with this restaurant, as my daughter was requetsing me for having pizza, and I didn't want to disappoint her...

Secondly you wouldn't believe, we were waiting at our table for the pizza, and there comes a begger to our table begging alms.. I was shocked, he is going around all the tables begging for alms and the branch staff was stupid anough to allow him beg alms with all tables and then to sent him away.... Really a begger inside the dominos restaurant, begging.. that guinness world record...

What I felt with the puzza was, that it was not worth the fillings.. I hope you all remember an adv by dominos, which said we are hearing all our beloved customers and we have indeed, made sure we g8vebpuzzas with good filling and cheese exactly like the pics shown.. that's a big lie .. a big fat corporate lie.. I am very very unhappy and dissatisfied.. dominos .is big time lieing on the tv adv openly.. if this was USA, a complaint would have fetched a big fat compensation in millions of dollars.. this is our stupid India and...

It’s one frustrating experience I happened to face in this Domino’s that I’m even thinking suing for what happened. I went to this Domino’s at 10:20. After waiting for 10mins nobody turned up. Once I started asking for it a gentleman named Rajesh came up to us and asked us to place the order through app for dining in. After we had completed placing the order, he suddenly comes off saying it’s not possible for him to wait for us to have the food and started forcing us to either take the food away or cancel my order.

All of this while making us sit on a soiled table with the pizza boxes and all the crap still on the table.

After being denied service and being forced to cancel order, I tried doing the same with the app. The app started throwing error saying the food is already being prepared so we cannot cancel the order. We lost patience and started demanding a full refund as anyways we were denied our food. After a lot of hue and cry another waiter cancelled our order through his system and initiated refund.

It was a terrible mistake to have gone to this Domino’s branch when I was hungry. I have definitely had better experiences at dominos but this one is something dominos as a brand is to be ashamed of. They fail at every basic value a business and brand of their size should ethically posses

1. non denial of service
2. treating customer with any possible traces of respect
3. being even a bit compassionate to not send someone away denying them food that they have...

I am forced to give 1 star because Google doesn’t let me give 0 stars.

This is the worst Domino’s Pizza outlet that I have been to! Totally disappointed and disgusted with the lack of hygiene and cleanliness inside. While we were trying to park outside, we noticed some male employees sitting outside on the steps of the store and these guys enter behind us and walk straight into the kitchen without even washing their hands.

First of all, not a lot of table-chairs are even present inside the store, but even the 2 or 3 tables that were there were super unclean! With dead flies, old pizza boxes, used tissues, and of course half eaten food items.

We had to call a person multiple times to come clean the table. We were utterly disgusted with the lack of cleanliness, hygiene and poor service by the staff. Right next to the restroom, there was some sort of cupboard or trash can that was bustling with flies and overflowing garbage.

And there’s a local alcohol shop next to the outlet which was causing some issues as well and no customer parking space too! The parking space was taken over by terribly parked employee delivery bikes. Overall a complete letdown by a beloved food brand!

In my opinion, this store needs to be shut down or needs to go through a genuine improvement project starting with educating the employees on basic hygiene and...
