Couldn't wait for too long to give Louis Burger a try, because why not, the talk of the town was an experience we won't forget anytime soon.
First up was the Swiss Cottage Cheese Burger. WOW. The buns and ingredients felt like they were in a league of their own. Everything tasted so fresh and high-quality, it was almost surreal.
Next, we tried the Herbivores Burger. As a vegetarian option, it was fantastic. The flavors popped, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. This one's a must for anyone who loves a good veggie burger.
Then there was the cherry on the cake, the special edition "Truffletake Burger". Now, this was something special. Wrapped in premium packaging and even adorned with gold warak, it was as luxurious as a burger can get. The taste was rich and indulgent, definitely an experience worth trying at least once, even if it’s a bit on the pricey side.
For dessert, we had the Chocolate Brownie. It was the perfect way to end the meal—rich, gooey, and just sweet enough without being overwhelming.
On the side, we got the Peri Peri Fries and Truffle Fries. The peri peri fries were spicy and crispy, adding a great kick to the meal. But the truffle fries? They were something else. The truffle flavor was bold but perfectly balanced, making them stand out as some of the best fries I've ever had.
In short, Louis Burger absolutely nailed it. The quality and creativity they bring to their food make them, hands down, the best burger place in town. If you're a burger lover, be it Veg or Non-Veg, you need to check...
Read moreHighly disappointing experience. I ordered the Monster Cheese Burger (Lamb) and the Korean Fried Chicken Wings from here.
The Burger was very underwhelming both in flavour and in quantity. By quantity, I mean the size of the patty was literally half the size of the bun which they were in (as seen in the picture I've shared). In the pictures shown on the menu it looks like the patties are full and wide extending beyond the sides of the bun; but in reality the circumference of the patties were so small that two patties placed side by side slightly overlapping over each other were still not enough to cover up the circumference of the bun. As for the flavour of the burger, it lacked character and had no complexity whatsoever. The bacon was fully wilted and soggy, and I expected the picked onions would add a slight amount of tartness at the very least; but even that didn't stand out. Just a bland monotonous taste through and through.
As for the Korean Chicken Wings, they were decent enough, but nothing to write home about.
All in all, if you're charging a premium price, you'd expect much better than whatever it is that these people...
