Sit.1: Called them to give a self pickup order, they insist full amount to paid beforehand. Don't understand the given logic.

Sit.2: Went directly to order, my phone no.was asked for billing. I refused citing spam messages and suggested to use dummy no. "No sir we cannot Bill" . I cancelled the order and walked away. Staff "no problem thank you sir."

No loss for me, just got whatever I wanted from a nearby cafe.

Management needs a serious...

Worst ever service here. they didn't treat customers nicely. they are only money minded. and its like self service. they didn't come to your seat to take orders and for menu card also they are not come to seat, we need to go and take menu card and order to their place....
