DUMPLING MOMO HOUSE — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently visited Dumpling Momo House with my girlfriend, and I have mixed feelings about our experience. While the food had its highlights, the service left much to be desired.

Let's start with the positives. The momos at Dumpling Momo House were undeniably delicious. They were perfectly steamed and bursting with flavor. We tried both the veg and chicken momos, and they did not disappoint. It's safe to say that their momos are a must-try.

Moving on to the Schezwan rice, it was decent but didn't quite match up to the momos. The flavor was there, but it lacked that extra punch that would have made it outstanding. However, if you're a fan of mildly spicy dishes, you might find it enjoyable.

Now, let's address the elephant in the room – the service. Sadly, this was where our experience took a nosedive. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, we waited for over 10 minutes at our table without any server approaching us. We tried to catch the attention of a passing waiter, but they seemed preoccupied with other tasks. This lack of attention was disappointing and made us feel neglected as customers.

Adding to our frustration was the fact that the prices at Dumpling Momo House were on the higher side, considering the service we received. When you're paying a premium for a dining experience, you expect a certain level of service to accompany it. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking during our visit.

This is not a restaurant, at best it is a good cafeteria canteen.

My experience, the place is a bit away from the main road and is not recommended if one brings a 4 wheeler, not enough space to park and besides, this place is residential in nature, how did a commercial property come in, well God knows.

I had ordered for some Nonveg Noodles and two types of Momo ( chicken steamed and Chicken Bhutanese). While the Momo was steaming hot, the filling lacked seasoning and had grit/ sand particle in the filling. Makes me wonder, how it was prepared.

The Noodles has exactly 1% of Chicken and 90% Noodles and 9% vegetables cabbage, capsicum and may be carrot. Something, that can be improved. Charger a higher price, felt like having steamed noodles were in anything other than Noodles was a luxury.

Also, I visited on a day when there were no rains, it will surely be a challenge for everyone ( customer and staff) when it rains.

Dear all, I am mugunthan I went this restaurant to my wife first time at night 8pm. First I came inside they did not received me properly and no one ask what I want also no one came near me or giving menu card, I wait for few minutes after I went to the casher(owner) place I asked him I need to come ask and order sir and casher said yes sir u need to come order sir.. Ok.. then I ordered momos and crispy fried chicken. Momos is ok not bad but chicken was very bad, chicken not cooked well and the meet was not fresh also taste was raw. I am very dispointed on this restaurant because not only the food taste. In this hotel mosquitoes are biting, tables & chairs are not clean well some tables are broken, shaking and air flow is not coming properly to everyone also few tables top having the umbrella so if rain deifinitely you will wet.
