I was just updating my review about Sree Akshayam Bakery in Annanagar... I visited Ginger Bread this evening after a longtime to buy some pastries... Bought some... Taste was good... But the new staff was very familiar and asked him where was he working earlier.... He was hesitant to say... But probed him if he was working for Sree Akshayam... He said he was working there for 5 years.... But he showed so much of negative attitude... Not only to us... But to another old gentleman... He was so rough with him... Another girl staff was very very hesitant to smile or talk to the customers... Good tasty pastries but these people will kill the business.... That guy... I had been a regular customer to their shop for the past 12 years since 2011 and the quality and the taste of their products and cakes are still the same and i never miss to order cake here for all the special occasions around the year without fail and even if i go out of station i order here and take it to places still the quality remains the same..They give cakes with a wide variety and good flavours and always fluffy to enjoy and eat...The other pastries,cookies,bread and puffs also tastes good ...their customer service is what has made me a regular customer over these years and a neat and well...

We ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my daughter's first birthday and the cake was delicious. As no photo print could be done on 1 kg cake, we had asked for a toy to be kept on top. We showed a picture of minion from Google and they had made it exactly like that. I was quite happy. But they did not deliver on time. I had to make a call to remind them and it seemed like they were not even concerned about delivering on time. Apparently, the cake was ready but the delivery guy was out. We stay like 10 minutes away. They had asked for 30 minutes late delivery and at least they made sure not to make...
