Hotel Balaji — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Request to Balaji Bhavan - very limited quality of hotels witnessed in and around Choolaimedu and Arumbakkam area. Only few has quality include yours. This time, while taking parcel of meals, noticed that kindness & Eye contact to customer was missing from Cash Manager. I have said thanks for the token but he was unnoticed. Further parcel queue was not there, whoever shows token can get the parcel and most of parcel given in "Last in First Out" manner. Hence it's time to improve the quality of service. Second, taste on Sambar, Rasam and Karakozhambu was average and need improvement. Request to Master to consider this. Everyone has opportunity to learn and overcome our mistakes which brings harmony for self and the society. Appreciate Balaji Bhavan team will definitely consider this and show your quality of service and food back to Great (usual one we had in the past)....

This is the second time i have had food poisoning due to stale/rotten/spoilt food bought from this hotel.

Since they don't see many customers they have reduced the quality of the food to maintain margins.

Today i had very bad loose motion after eating their parotta. The parotta was raw and not properly cooked, kurma was god knows when they cooked or prepared it as it tasted sour and coconut chutney was smelly and stale. I realised the same after eating some of the chutney.

If you are health conscious please avoid this...

I had my morning breakfast here, this is one of few restaurants which is open early in the morning. Their main customers are those who leave their home early for their job, hence the foods are readily available here served hot, dosa and Puri are exceptions. The taste is Good just like home made. The price is also affordable for a middle class people in Chennai. I had Puri masala which tasted good also my friend had dosa which he said okay taste. If u r hungry before 7:15 am this is the one of few places open at that time. Enjoy...
