Alibaba Shawarma and 40 Dishes — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Really bad experience due to repeating issue. Just look at the size of the mayo box. I have specifically asked the restaurant to give enough quantity of accomapaniments.If you do not wish to provide mayonnaise ,you could clearly mentioned it in the menu. This is really disappointing and I feel it's very disrespectful.

Previous review: I faced issue with last few orders from Arumbakkam branch.

Ordered chicken 65 biriyani through Zomato & swiggy. First time we received a very small box of raita (which will never be enough for that box of biriyani) and secondly today while order biriyani - we received nothing as accompaniments. (No raita or dalcha side were given) I hope you understand this kind of things will definitely disappoint the customers. Kindly look on to these kind of issues.

Their shawarmas and crab lollipop...

21 Oct 2020 Omggg ... Wat can I say... Simply wow 🔥.. one of the best places where you can get shawarmas at affordable rates.... I'm a shawarma lover.. and I can assure u that they have that authentic shawarma taste.. and the mayo flavour.. witha. Pinch of garlic tastes amazing ❤️ ....

I basically ordered a dubai shawarma and special shawarma.(to be honest.. I dint find any difference 😂) but the taste was amazing... Defenitely I'd recommend this shop to anyone... They have another variety with peri peri which I'm yet to taste..

Just a * suggestion to the owner *.... I have eaten shawarmas in the UAE and Oman... And I feel if you add french fries to your shawarmas... It'll be awesom ❤️ please consider this ...😉

One of the worst food and service experiences I’ve ever had — Alibaba Shawarma is a complete disaster. The food was below average, stale, and tasteless. But the real shocker was the person managing billing. He was arrogant, clueless, and completely unfit to run any customer-facing business. Zero hospitality, zero empathy, and zero interest in even acknowledging customers, let alone serving them well. It felt like I was being done a favor by just being allowed to eat there.

Such places deserve to be shut down. If restaurant owners don’t value customers, they shouldn’t be in the business at all. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s not just a waste of money, it’s a test of your patience. Let’s stop enabling such pathetic establishments and make it clear: bad service =...
