I would give zero or no stars for this shop.

Initially they were good. But later they started selling expired/spoiled cakes. My kids suffered food poisoning a couple of times after having the birthday cake from them (cakes bought on 30th Mar 2022, 1st June 2022, 17th Dec 2022, 12th Jan 2023). I told them about the repeated food poisoning due to the spoiled birthday cakes. The cakes were just 500 grams which we consumed the same day we bought. After a long time, on 21st September 2023 I bought pudding cake and biscuits, when I opened the cake box on 23rd September, the cake was already spoiled. Adding the photo. Wondering their business model of selling spoiled cake, that too after telling them about the food poisoning due to spoiled cakes being sold to me.

Edit after the response from the shopkeeper: The question here is why are you selling the spoiled cake. I clearly mentioned the dates the Birthday cakes bought and the date the pudding cake bought. I can share the screenshot of the photo details with the date. You can match my GPay transaction dates with your bank details. You are selling spoiled cake which is supposed to be thrown into the dustbin. Respect the business and the customer, have some moral ethics if you want to be in the business. Maybe next time I will buy a cake and send it to the lab for testing then reach out to the food safety department with all...

Completely spoilt my daughter's birthday. Ordered Honey cake for my daughter's birthday today . They just applied jam on top of plain cake and gave it which was tasting worst. Everyone mentioned that taste was very bad. If you don't know how to make a honey cake, just inform . We could have gone to different shop. Even the cake was very hard and old. Never going to order cakes...

The taste is very nice.I recommend apple cake and lava cake. Actually speaking,Birthday cakes are so cheap and affordable. I bought butterscotch for my mom's b'day.This bakery has the lowest price compared to other bakeries.
