Visited this hotel today, for Lunch. We entered at 02.15 PM. Due to heavy crowd, it took 15 mins to get a table, that is quite acceptable.
After many times calling for supplier, they took 30 minutes to give us the Banana leaf and water. And then we ordered, the supplier, accepted that and went off.
Nothing was served for about 10 mins, I felt this is not acceptable and I questioned supplier politely. He told me, "it will take 20 more minutes for food". He was so careless and not bothered about customer, when he replies me.
With empty, hungry stomach we closed the Banana leaf and came out of this hotel.
One thing here I am saying to the hotel management...Sir, we aren't begging for free food, we are paying. You should have told us that we have to wait for the food, atleast we could have not wasted our time.
The strange part is, people who came after us, served food and they got whatever they ordered.
Worst ever service.
I would never ever think of visiting this...

We get a standard reply like we grow our own goat in our farm, we use masala powder grinded in house etc, but too be very frank biryani was not st all good, the mutton provided is not cooked along with biryani, it's a separate mutton piece from gravy kept along with kushka and served, bought kudal( boti Or goat intestine) hardly found pieces in it, full of gravy and coconut, roadside footpath shops prepare better boti, worst experience, in melapalayam u get better biryani in half of the price that too in Basmati rice, people say it's a very old and best hotel but biryani served here is nothing but Kushka( biryani rice) plus mutton piece cooked separate, not at all recommended do not waste money, by visiting this hotel, no parking space even for two wheeler, you have to park your vehicle atleast 500m away from this hotel, no parking available...
Read moreWe visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon and ordered their Mutton Biryani along with Mutton Chukka. The mutton was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, flavorful, and bursting with authentic spices. The Mutton Chukka, in particular, deserves a special mention — it’s easily one of the best I’ve tasted anywhere in Tamil Nadu!
The biryani is served with good quality, original mutton pieces — just the right portion for one person. Some people might find the quantity a bit less, but honestly, it’s quite sufficient and satisfying.
They don’t offer any complimentary sweets like halwa, but the biryani itself more than makes up for it with its rich taste and aroma — and at just ₹290, it’s great value for money.
If you’re in Tirunelveli, this place is an absolute must-visit for lunch. Just a note — they serve biryani only in the afternoon, not during...
