This is hands down, one of the worst, if not the worst KFC outlets in Chennai for delivery. This is based on the 3 orders (2 made on KFC app) I've made over a period from July - November, out of which one never reached me, which speaks volumes regarding their service. The first order was made through their KFC App on Muharram day. Even after 2 hours, the order didn't reach me. KFC toll free number (no use) gave no response after multiple attempts and finally after enquiring with Ampa Mall, they shared the store manager number at the time, who told me that drivers are not getting assigned and hence the delay. Finally after two and half hours, I personally go to this place and initially they tell me, the driver has just taken the order and when questioned again, they gave me the order as takeaway with not even an apology for the issue created. The food quality was good but bad experience overall with lunch getting delayed for almost 3 hours. The 2nd order was also on KFC app (I didn't learn from my mistake, I believed in 2nd chances). This happened last week. All was well until the rider who had taken my order did not deliver and the tracking app was showing the rider as moving farther away. When enquired with the outlet, they replied that the order was handed over to the rider but they are not responding, so they have raised a case with the third party who has provided them the drivers. When asked about my order, they refused to send my order with another delivery person but asked me to put another order via online aggregators. Then my question is why do they have delivery option on their App; they can just show takeaway or dine in. The last straw was last Wednesday, when I ordered via an online platform, the order was delivered way before time. But for the first time, the food was so bad that I made a decision not to order from this outlet ever again. The chicken pieces were overcooked, dry, cold and unevenly seasoned. The fries felt like cold fries that were fried in old oil or over fried. It was so cold and soggy, despite delivery being made within 1-2 kms.
It is so disappointing that a Food platform of this magnitude has no way to raise a grievance. Their customer care number is of no use and the feedback e-mail on their website is an even bigger joke, which gives...

They have used our code when we enquired at first and now claiming that we have used.. It would be better if orders with coupons are having otp when customers place order.. And the issue was made worse with the manager unethical behavior and not fit to handle...

At last we ordered chicken wings it was full of blood and I was asked the manager What it was happening in your Restuarant, he was saying if I given refund to you are you happy really, why I want to give my money then why I have to take, take this complaint as a serious issue and get this resolve because if I was shouted at the time all the customer will get irretate and they think it was bad food ........
