Disappointed with the experience at Chai Galli – Ampa Skywalk. Ordered Bhel Puri and it was a total letdown — the bhel was extremely dry and tasted old. The sandwich had dry, stale bread, which made it hard to enjoy. Even the chai, which we expected to be the highlight, was underwhelming and lacked flavour. Overall, nothing felt fresh. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for quality snacks...

Chai is too sweet! Couldn’t even take a sip again 🍋 ☕️ But the way it’s served is pathetic, the tea temperature itself would have been more than the boiling point. To be honest the tea had literally started leaking from the paper cup. The quality of the cup used...

Ordered 3 sets of chole bhature, it's the worse food tbh. Cashier karan was rude and denied for a refund when asked. Chole was stale. Manager Keshav is totally unresponsive. Im going to file a complaint in the food...
