I had to cancel my order as they did not allow my kid to have homemade food, inspite of ordering for two adults to dine in for about 200 rupees. Not at all kid friendly. Poor customer service despite having a nice setup. What's the point of being rude to customers in a service business.

In a place where lots of elderly people and kids come and go, and no proper facility to sir anywhere, they have chairs in the entrance and don't let anybody sit there other than customers.. acceptable.. still not humanitarian.. Either don't keep any chairs or keep them within your shop's walls.. not...

I am a regular visitor to this outlet as our office is in the same building as the quality of food, service and the staffs used to be good. However, in the past month or two everything changed. The service is horrible nd the food. Recently had two experiences, one had ordered for samosa nd tea. There was not chutney nor even ketchup also another order the butter toast was totally burnt. Today more worst the tea was not even warm leave alone piping hot which everyone expect. Also the venue and the tables are not cleaned periodically Hope the Management...
