KFC scammers - My sister in law placed an order from KFC (Gerugambakkam location) via KFC app, my sister in law payment went through, But the food never arrived. My Sister in law tried reaching out to them, but there was no respond for 1 hr, So my sister in law went directly to the restaurant, only shift manager is there and he answered irresponsibly like No you will not get your food today and I’ll try to process your refund…After sending the HDFC mobile banking payment screenshot to him, he answered arrogantly, No! we can’t accept this screenshot…Then again my sister in law sent a screenshot from Paytm. He said, okay we will try to process within 7 days or if they didn’t accept it then it will take more than 15 days. I really don’t know why they will not accept screenshot…me and my sister in law was very disappointed and still my sister in law didn’t get money and respond from the KFC customer care and also from restaurant. This is completely unacceptable. This restaurant clearly doesn’t care about its customers. They’re either completely incompetent or just straight-up thieves. If you enjoy throwing your money away and getting NOTHING in return, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, stay far, FAR away. And finally about the KFC customer care - Please shut down your company and go eat ur chicken and do nothing! No No No No No respond from you. Read moreA Disappointing Dining Experience at KFC at Kundrathur Main Road We recently had the unfortunate experience of dining here. The experience was marred by a series of questionable practices that left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, the restaurant's policy regarding burgers was inconsistent and misleading. When I initially inquired about the availability of burgers, I was told that they were not available. However, I saw few people getting their burgers. Upon speaking with the store manager, I was informed that burgers were indeed available but only for online orders. This inconsistency in information forced me to order chicken for my toddler, even though I would have preferred a burger.
Secondly, the restaurant failed to provide a proper bill for my order. Despite paying a substantial amount of Rs.900+, I was told that the bill would be sent online. This is particularly concerning as the restaurant did not collect my mobile number, making it impossible for them to send the bill electronically.
Finally, the restaurant charged an exorbitant Rs.50 for a bottle of water. This is in direct violation of government regulations, which stipulate that water cannot be sold for...
