KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very disappointing experience at KFC, Perumbakam branch, Chennai. Went to the store for dine-in, but many items on the menu were unavailable, including basic options like popcorn chicken, rice bowl etc…. that to on just 9.00 PM.

On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Customers are waiting in a queue but non of the staff is coming to take order and not responding to customers query properly.

No proper communication about delays or out-of-stock items. We waited for quite some time without proper updates, and when we finally placed the order even that took forever to arrive.

Ordered Coolberg Cranberry, but they served it without chilling. Disappointing experience—this drink is meant to be served cold. Please ensure beverages are properly cooled before serving. It really affects overall dining experience.

It’s surprising to see a big brand like KFC struggle with basic service and stock management. If you can’t serve your main items, at least train the staff to communicate professionally. Hope that KFC is not a vegetables/chicken market.

Today bought Burger (5) and hot & Crispy Chicken (12) from KFC Perumbakkam, it tasted really very very bad. I believe they haven’t changed the oil or it may be very old preserved chicken or some other reason but the chicken tasted bitter and the oil was too bad flavour. Definitely if someone has bad gut then it will be food poison even I don’t know what will be the situation for my family tomorrow by having this food . This is really unacceptable as they charge very good amount then why they can’t provide good food for customer. If KFC is not taking or inspecting this outlet soon it will be under bad situation and bad credit for KFC. Really very very very bad food , after eating one piece we realised and we just threw it by scaring whether something may happen!!!! Please be cautious in serving people...

The best KFC in Chennai!! The chicken is soft and hot and super fresh. The pieces are large and satisfying!! Even my child enjoys eating here. The staff is super friendly and understands your needs perfectly!! And to top it off the place is clean and maintained properly. I thought its new and so maybe its nice. But i have eaten here at least a dozen times now and the city needs to know that there is a KFC who can get it right! The experience has not changed and i have officially become a regular customer! Even when you order on swiggy the food is great!
